3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your TenMatches account.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- 4. Booking and Payment
4.1. Users can book private, semi-private, or group tennis lessons through the TenMatches app.
4.2. Payment for lessons is processed through the app. Users agree to pay the agreed-upon lesson fee plus any applicable taxes and fees.
4.3. Cancellation policies and fees may apply. Users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the coach’s cancellation policy.

5.1. Users agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during all interactions with coaches and other users.
5.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate suspension of the user’s account.

6.1. TenMatches is not responsible for the actions or conduct of coaches or users.
6.2. TenMatches is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from tennis lessons booked through the app.
- 7. Termination
7.1. TenMatches reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting TenMatches customer support.
- 8. Governing Law
